About this Bake
This bake was a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream AND ganache filling for my neighbours son's birthday.
Top tip
When baking 3D cakes always dowel the layers to keep it from moving about. "Dirty ice" the cake entirely before covering to ensure a lump free finish :-)
