About this Bake
I'm following the technical challenges each week and although the idea of blancmange didn't fill me with joy, the result is wonderful. It would be great with some crunchy, fresh fruit.
Top tip
Chill the blancmange overnight and it works every time! The langues de chat also work well without too much chocolate.
