About this Bake
I made this pie for my father-in-law’s birthday with freshly squeezed key limes, a traditional cornflake crust and topped with a stabilized whipped cream.
Top tip
Using a stabilized whipped cream for the decor helps immensely in allowing your pie to look fresh and precise even a couple of days after completion! Also, adding a tsp of fresh key lime zest to the filling is key for the strong citrus flavor throughout.
