About this Bake
These have a shortbread consistency even though they’re not shortbread. Also they have a lovely subtle lemony taste.
Top tip
I used a mixture of orange, yellow and red ready-to-roll icing plus a medium and large daisy cutter. If there is any icing left on the outside of the flower cutter, simply carefully remove with a cocktail stick.
