About this Bake

I cheated and only cut the cake into two layers instead of three, it was fine and much easier than three. I found the marzipan tricky, very hard to roll out, I wonder if there is a baker's tip to make it softer and more pliable?

Top tip

Lovely cake but a lot of different bits to prepare, so it did take me quite a while. Respect to the contestants doing it under pressure!
