These were meant to be vanilla and white chocolate chip. But I’m not a fan so I left those out and they tasted absolutely fine.
Top tip
I used light pink and green ready to roll icing for the rose buds and added tylose powder to harden the icing. I used a daisy cutter for the rose and rolled out a cone shaped as the middle. Then using edible glue I stuck the cones into the centre of the daisy then stuck the petals around the cone.
