About this Bake
This cake was for a family member's daughter Christening. I made a Bluebell meadow, reflecting on her name. The sponge inside is Genoise, with jam and buttercream and took well over 15 hours to complete. One of the rabbits is wearing wellies.
Top tip
The use of drinking straws in a tiered cake to prevent sinking is a great idea. Remember to remove them before eating!
