About this Bake

I made this cake in February 2013 for two reasons one, I love baking and two to try out my new air brush. It is a Madeira cake with fondant icing and hand piped royal icing hearts and lettering. The sides of the cake were coloured red using an airbrush.

Top tip

Put a pan of water in the oven to stop your cakes from drying out while they bake.
