About this Bake

Two friends of mine asked if I could make their wedding cake as a favour - because who wants to spend £600 on a cake! It was an honour to make and I'm just glad it didn't topple over - I was on guard until the cake was cut!

Top tip

Ensure the ingredients are all room temperature and make sure you grease and line that baking tin! You don't want it to get stuck!
