About this Bake
Traditional recipe, I coated the sides with a double cream and icing sugar combo. Then threw broken flake at it before piping and pouring choc on top.
Top tip
Be careful turning the cakes out as the kirsch and cherry juice is sticky and can pull the sponge apart when turning it over.
