About this Bake
This was the second ever wedding cake I have made. The first was for daughter number 1 this was for daughter number 2. I even made the cake stand as I couldn't find one we liked.
Top tip
Soak fruit for at least a week in good orange liquor and don't over bake for a moist cake.
