About this Bake
A 4th Birthday cake for my son Austin. Victoria sponge with his favourite strawberry jam filling and vanilla bean paste buttercream and decorated as his favourite character from Octonauts.
Top tip
Always use the bottom of the cake as the top when creating an iced cake to ensure a flat top.
