About this Bake

I was asked to make a giant French fancie, with 60 mini ones for a 22nd birthday party, and didn't really realise how much work it would be, especially the mini ones... But I'm very pleased on how they have come out.

Top tip

Be very patient when covering mini fondant fancies, and follow Mary Berry's recipe down to the very last detail.
