About this Bake
Baked for a bake sale at work. Filled with chocolate buttercream and a hint of raspberry jam; topped with white and dark chocolate with milk chocolate shavings! Unfortunately, I never got to sample it as it sold out before I could!
Top tip
Make a cut around 1 inch from the edge of the cake before rolling to get a good roll in it!
