About this Bake
Being originally from Tennessee, I miss good Southern biscuits (similar to but not the same as scones) now that I live in Canada. So I used my GBBO tips and an old family recipe to make some of the best biscuits I've ever eaten. Thanks, GBBO!
Top tip
Use cold-from-the-fridge fat and milk. Laminate your dough but gently. Don't twist the cutter when cutting. Allow the biscuits to touch to make them rise more.
