About this Bake

I absolutely LOVE Mint Aero so I made muffins out of them! Basic chocolate sponge with a mint aero ball pushed into the centre for that gooey texture! Topped it with green icing and slithers of chocolate and obviously a Mint Aero Ball to top it off :-)

Top tip

Don't be shy with the mint flavouring more is better!
