About this Bake

Made the day before the wedding. Top tier: lemon and rosemary, 2nd tier: Almond and apricot, 3rd tier: Victoria sponge, 4th tier: lemon polenta. Roughly scrape iced with lemon curd lavender icing. Really rustic. Very forgiving. A really affordable bake.

Top tip

Gluten free, stacked wedding cake. Really easy to pull off as any 'errors' add to the rustic charm. Use real flowers, cover their stems in cling film.
