About this Bake
This mama and baby unicorn rainbow cake was for my son’s 11th birthday. He picked out all of the colours and details. If it was up to me, it would have had a gold horn, but I wanted to give him exactly what he asked for.
Top tip
Let your cakes cool before frosting. Put them in the fridge after each decorating step to let the buttercream set. Most importantly, plan ahead and leave yourself plenty of time.
