About this Bake
My bake was inspired by a Junior Bake Off episode that I watched with my sister. I had never made trifle so thought I would have a go. I made miniature ones so the whole family could have one each. My favourite thing about making these trifles was managing to make really clear layers.

When making the jelly from scratch, timing is key.
