About this Bake
This was the cake I made for my little sister's 21st birthday which was princess themed! The lower tier is chocolate sponge sandwiched with vanilla buttercream, and the upper tier and the towers are plain sponge, jam and buttercream. The turrets are made from covered ice cream cones!
Top tip
Covering ice cream cones in fondant to create the turrets, and using cookie cutters to make sponge circles to sandwich together and pile up to make the towers!
