About this Bake
A 4 layer chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream & marshmallow, covered with maple syrup meringue icing & topped with marshmallow filled profiteroles, chocolate & caramel... Basically my favourite things in one cake.
Top tip
Don't over mix your sponge mixture.
