About this Bake
Three tiers of vanilla meringue layered with whipped cream, lemon curd, white chocolate, berry coulis and fresh mixed berries. Made as an alternative to a birthday cake.
Top tip
Once the meringues have finished baking, turn the oven off, but don't open the door. Leave to cool overnight in the oven to avoid cracks.
