A North Pole iceberg in an icy buttercream sea, topped with polar bears. This is a 12-inch chocolate mud cake with a chocolate fudge buttercream filling.

Top tip

Freeze the fondant in moulds for 15 minutes to allow them to come out in one piece and then allow them to thaw and dry before painting and shading them.
