I’ve done lots of baking but never tried anything like jelly art, so this was well and truly out of my comfort zone!
Top tip
You don’t have to use special tools for jelly art - I used a plastic spoon for the flower petals and a plastic knife for the leaves! A syringe with a needle attached is needed for adding the coloured jelly though.
