About this Bake
First time I have made a baked cheesecake. After watching series 6, episode 4 on desserts with some wonderful variations of baked cheesecake flavours, I wanted to make one!
Top tip
Don't overbake otherwise it will crack and become dry. Don't bring out the oven too quickly otherwise it may drop in the middle.
