About this Bake
When I first saw the pie dolly challenge last year I wanted to give it a go. I love making pork pies. A family friend handmade me a pie dolly for christmas and to say thank you I baked them Paul Hollywood's apricot and chicken pie.
Top tip
I turned the dolly upside down during the setting process to get a nice tall pie.
