About this Bake
I decided to have a go at Paul's baguettes after watching the Bake off last week! I've never made them before but I am very keen baker. I am more than pleased with the outcome! I will be working on the shape though!!
Top tip
Use a nice strong cloth to support the dough on the second prove.
