After watching the biscuit week episode of this season's GBBO, my friend Ruth and I decided to create a gingerbread biscuit box, filled with mini rainbow cookies inspired by the contestants' showstoppers :)

Don't attempt piping as it will look acceptable on only 2/4 of the sides...
