About this Bake
Three layers of chocolate sponge separated with chocolate ganache and homemade honeycomb. The cake is then covered in the ganache and finished with more honeycomb and homemade brandy truffles!
Top tip
Refrigerate brandy truffle mixture so it's easier to form into balls, use highest per cent choc available.
