About this Bake
A Nightmare Before Christmas birthday cake for my brother. It was made from four layers of vanilla sponge with a toffee mocha buttercream filling, covered in vanilla latte buttercream and decorated with fondant models made using moulds.
Top tip
Use heated metal scrapers for smooth buttercream and stripes.
