About this Bake
The base is a triple layer sponge, chocolate top and bottom and red velvet in the middle. The bats are chocolate and everything is sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream.
Top tip
Cover your whole cake with the base fondant colour. Don't do just the sides or it will drop and start to sag and wrinkle.
