About this Bake
This is a chocolate sponge, soaked in vanilla sugar syrup, filled with black fig jam and dark chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. Covered in buttercream. Adorned with organically grown flowers and a fig. I used seasonal, local, fairtrade, organic ingredients!
