About this Bake
This was made for my parents' diamond wedding anniversary. The cake topper took a long time, but we were really pleased with how it turned out! The cake itself was Madeira cake sandwiched together with buttercream and strawberry jam.
Top tip
Fresh lemon juice and lots of zest for the Madeira cake!
