About this Bake
I took inspiration from Nadiya's cake in last years final. I used marshmallow fondant and may I say I'll never use regular fondant again!
Top tip
Freeze the cake briefly before cutting it in half to assemble it... Works wonders to avoid crumbs and cuts so much easier!
