About this Bake
Bottom tier is chocolate sponge with homemade sharp raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries, white chocolate shavings and buttercream filling. Top tier is the same but with vanilla sponge and milk chocolate shavings in the middle.
Top tip
Make your own raspberry filling rather than using jam to counteract all that sweet fondant. Keep the fondant as thin as possible so it doesn't overpower the flavour of the sponge and filling.
