Chocolate Brownie and Meringue cake- gooey brownie topped with crisp nutty meringue. Drizzled with chocolate, layered with a vanilla cream and tangy raspberries. It looks difficult but was so easy and very quick to make.

Let the cake rest over night before layering with the vanilla cream.
