About this Bake
Three layers of lemon sponge with whole blueberries, filled with sharp lemon curd and iced in a whipped cream and cream cheese frosting. Plus a little bit of bunting for that English summer vibe.
Top tip
When smoothing buttercream, do the sides first and then the top to get sharper edges. But for cakes like this, I prefer to not smooth it too much as I like a more rustic feel.
