About this Bake
Vanilla cupcakes with a pretty ruffled fondant icing top. These were particularly popular with my teaching mentor and learning support assistant on my last teaching placement!
Top tip
Cut out circles of fondant with the fluted side of a cookie cutter, then on each 'flute' gently flatten the fondant by rolling a bulbous modelling tool (or a toothpick!) over to achieve a ruffled effect.
