About this Bake
I baked this cake for my parent's 40th anniversary. It took 23 ounces and 13 eggs, not forgetting blood, sweat and tears, it looks a little rough around the edges but I like to call it rustic!
Top tip
If the layers of cake look rough when unconstructed dont panic.. it's nothing a few flowers can't cover up.
