About this Bake

This is a pumpkin spice cake. Made with real pumpkin puree and a blend of all the autumn spices, this cake is sandwiched together with thick layers of cream cheese and dusted with a sprinkle of cinnamon. The flower on top is the last edible flower harvested from our garden this season.

Top tip

Always make extra cream cheese frosting as it’s freezable and you never know when you might need it!
