This is a Bonfire Night chocolate cake with marshmallows, fondant logs and chocolate sticks.
Top tip
For the fire, crush red, orange and yellow boiled sweets, place over parchment on a tray in the shape of fire flames and pop in the oven for 20 seconds. Then, carefully swirl the melted sweets to create a flame effect.
