About this Bake
I designed this for my mum's birthday and really wanted to create something grand that didn't have multiple tiers. Creating chocolate pieces and dipping cherries in white chocolate not only enhanced the colour contrast, but gave the cake height.
Top tip
Add vanilla to the buttercream to bring out the flavour of the cherry. Finish with a sprinkle of edible glitter.
