About this Bake

This was an indulgent moist chocolate sponge with a rich chocolate buttercream centre and white chocolate ganache, origami-inspired outer design with gold splashes. It was made for my sister's first birthday as a mummy.

Top tip

Let the ganache set for at least 24 hours.
