About this Bake
I baked a traditional Victoria Sponge Cake and layered it with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. It was for a lovely young lady who is completely besotted with Princess Belle! I used fondant icing to make yellow petals, which I then layered-up to create her dress.
Top tip
Use a heatproof bowl instead of a baking tin to get the round shape of the cake spot on! Plus...buy a barbie doll...pull the legs off and Princess Belle is yours!
