About this Bake

This is the beautiful 11 cake, 8 tier wedding cake which I made and decorated in my home for my daughter's wedding in August. It comprised of 6 x fruits the largest being 16" round and 5 x sponges from 14" to 6"; Carrot, Chocolate, Banana, Madeira and Red Velvet.

Careful planning and preparation of my time allowed me to complete my largest cake project on time.
