About this Bake

Homemade Victoria Sponge covered in blue icing. Chips made from yellow sugarpaste partly brushed with yellow dye and fish made from buttercream and painted with orange dye, giving batter-like texture as I go. Writing with edible ink pen.

Top tip

Jam makes a great glue for your icing.
