About this Bake
Ingredients strong plain flour 4 cups (500g approx) 40g butter, 2 packs of fast acting yeast, 2 tea spoons of salt and one cup of warm water.
Top tip
Make sure you leave the dough long enough to prove between working and knocking it back. Also when preheating the oven place a backing tray in the over and before closing the door tip water in to it, this helps give a good crust to the loaf.
