About this Bake
I saw a recipe for a raspberry and hazelnut chocolate breakfast bread, but was unhappy with the flavour of the sweet dough when it was baked. I decided to transfer the idea of the raspberry and hazelnut chocolate filling to my babka recipe. I was quite happy with my amalgamated bake.
Top tip
Make certain your dough is soft and supple, not stiff.
