About this Bake
I made the flowers and the mortar board over a few weeks to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Marjon University in Plymouth where she studied to become a speech and language therapist. It's a three-tiered chocolate sponge cake covered with chocolate ganache...yum!
Top tip
Try to be as organised as you can. I find this easier said than done!
