About this Bake

I had a go at making pretzels for an Oktoberfest event at home. My other half said, 'well, they're not the worst thing I've ever eaten'. I thought they tasted okay, but they just didn't all turn out the right shape!

Use a bread machine to make the dough - it's easier!
